Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that my Hajj Package includes my: Hajj visa/permit to enter the Hajj Precincts of Saudi Arabia Hajj Services and transport fee (Muttaweff fee) in Saudi Arabia Return airline tickets from Australia to Saudi Arabia and back (I further acknowledge an additional fee will apply for any other destination) Hajj sacrifice fee (Od'Heyiah) Meals in Mina and on the day of Arafa't 5 days (5 nights) accommodation in Medina (where I further acknowledge and agree to share my room/accommodation with 3 or 4 other individuals) with daily open buffet breakfast and Dinner. 10 days (10 nights) accommodation in (where I further acknowledge and agree to share my room/accommodation with 3 or 4other individuals) with daily open buffet breakfast and Dinner. Photos of Zam Zam Hajj group will be posted on social media: please advise the group if you do not wish for your photo to be posted. I agree to abide by the following: I will not interfere with any of the organised programs of Hajj and will not give any instruction over any matter without the ZamZam Hajj Group guides’ authority. I will not be abusive, disrespectful or lose my temper with anyone, especially with the ZamZam Hajj Group organisers and guides. I will at all times respect and care for my fellow hujjaaj in my rooms in Makkah and Madinah, without complaint. I accept that no changes will be made to the room arrangements in Makkah / Medina STRICKLY no lessons, private classes or group programmes are to be conducted during the Hajj journey without prior approval from ZamZam Hajj admin. STRICKLY no smoking around anyone - in the hotels, apartments, common areas, tents or any of the ZamZam Hajj Group assemblies or gatherings. No collection of donations for any individual or organisation without prior approval from the ZamZam Hajj Group organisers or guides. Their decision is final. I will observe the Islamic code of conduct at all times and places. I will adhere to the Islamic dress code and will avoid wearing singlets and shorts outside my room - in particular in public gatherings. I understand that all lessons and classes delivered during Hajj will be in the English language ONLY. If I differ with any of the Islamic rulings / verdict with the Sheikh leading the group, I must not discuss or dispute this matter with others. I will attend and participate in all group activities and always be on time. If I have any issues or problems, I will discuss it directly with admin and no one else. During my stay in Makkah ZamZam Towers, I understand that lectures and lessons by the Sheikh may be difficult and sometimes impossible to conduct. To compensate for this, more lessons will be conducted at other times and places. I understand that, due to congestion during the Hajj season, it will be very difficult for the organisers to provide precise timings, especially for travel. I accept the reality of this in any case and I will follow all instructions from the Sheikh and the guides on this matter. During any travel or trip, in particular the long trip between Madinah and Makkah and Jeddah, I understand that these trips will take a long time on the bus and I will have patience and not lose my temper at any time and under any circumstance. I am personally responsible for my property and I understand that the ZamZam Hajj group are not liable for lost or damaged property. I acknowledge that there will be a (12km) walk between Muzdallafa – Mina / Makkah and Mina I will not travel outside the city of Madinah or Makkah and ZamZam Hajj group are not responsibility for the consequences. I will take all responsibly for my own luggage, ensuring it is on the bus, off the bus, and in the hotel as and when directed by the organisers. I take full responsibility of any dependants (young or old) travelling with me. I understand that any cost of an additional assistance in the Haram or during Hajj / Umrah, including wheelchair support, for me or my dependant(s), will need to be covered completely by me. I understand that, all Taxi fares will be covered by me during the Hajj trip. This does not include the standard transport that ZamZam Hajj group takes care of. I understand by JUNE 2019 that I have to confirm with the ZamZam Hajj group administration of any “side trips” I wish to book before or after Hajj (if interested in doing so). Failure to confirm this by the end of JUNE 2019 will result in my ticket being booked as the default Australia - Saudi Arabia – Australia. STRICTLY NO changes can occur after that. I understand that I only have an allowance of 30kg of check-in luggage and 7kg of hand-held baggage per person. ZamZam Hajj group takes no responsibility for any additional check-in or carry-on weight that I wish to take with me. I understand that due to our STRICT guide-to-hajj ratio policy we are unable to accommodate anyone with special ability needs & requirements. I will attend the introductory courses held by Zam Zam Hajj Group before my departure to Hajj. Zam Zam Hajj Group will advise me of the relevant dates that these courses will be held. I agree to the following payment terms: $5000 deposit upon application, 50% by end of APRIL 2019 and full payment by end of RAMADAN 2019 In Sha Allah. I accept that if I fail to deposit any of the above-mentioned amounts by their due dates I will lose my place in the Hajj Group for 2019. I understand that, once my flights or accommodation is booked, ZamZam Hajj Group will take NO responsibility for any subsequent changes made and if I choose to cancel the trip I will forfeit the cost of any items booked (Please note once visa has been booked and you wish to cancel, all money’s paid will be forfeited) I am aware that the Saudi government has now imposed a $2000 riyal fee for those who have been to Hajj in the Last 3 years. PLEASE NOTE: in the event that I choose to cancel this application, I will forfeit any moneys paid towards the hajj trip. I undersand that the Zam Zam Hajj & Umrah group will not be liable for any moneys lost for any airfare / accommodation paid. I understand that providing false information or withholding information relevant to my application with the Zamzam Hajj Group may result in the withdrawal or termination of the contract.
